Moving away from friends and family can be quite an adjustment. At the 10/40 MTI, we value community, in fact, we endeavor to treat each other like family! Many of our ministry staff, school faculty and students become life-long friends and we have activities throughout the school term to foster togetherness and fellowship.

Occasionally, we love to take a short trip with the teams to "Lake Victoria" while hosting a special meal time for everyone. It’s a time when we all take a break from study and work to enjoy some quality time together! Additionally, we spend a lot of time together during the internship program, which is an amazing way to experience the community, church culture and make a difference in the world around you.
